This incredible wall sculpture is carved from the root section of an approximately 1000 year old Alligator Juniper. Cut from the base of the tree, the roots shot out from all directions and formed a beautiful tapestry resembling flames. The deep red of the grain enhances this. Working with the roots, certain areas were carefully carved out to show the grain patterns of the wood, leaving much of the natural elements in tact.This wall sculpture is truly a Rare piece.
